This trip made me realize that the phenomenon of belief in Hidden People in Icelandic nature is much more fascinating than it is generally stated. Although the younger inhabitants of the island are reluctant to admit their belief in elves, each of them knows some interesting story. In Iceland, you shouldn’t interfere with nature, even if it means moving the stone. Nature is a place where Hidden People live and their peace must not be disturbed.
